Jayson
is one of ERA's 2024 up and rising property agent.
He is well-known for breaking record prices both in HDBs and Condominiums. His knowledge in capitalising maximum potential has helped many of his clients in their monetary profit. He excels in smooth transition and proper timeline management for clients looking to upgrade or downgrade.
When marketing his client's property, he uses maximum exposure across property portals and platforms (Propertyguru, SRX, 99.co, Edge-Property). From bank loans to law firms, Jayson is your one-stop platform for all services.
Jayson is also an ERA Division Trainer where he specialist in Luxury Market, Market Indicators and is a key personnel in the Real Estate Salesperson Course.
Having passing his Real Estate Examination on his first try, here he is an experience teacher and has helped many aspiring Realtors in passing their RES examinations.
Charlene
is ERA's 2 x Back to Back Millionaire Dollar Realtor Agent for 2022/23.
After graduating with Degree in Journalism and Public Relations, she embarked into Real Estate. She is in her 4th year in the Real Estate industry and has been breaking barriers ever since. From being the girl next door, to now one of ERA's biggest names, she has proved herself to be the next big thing in 2022.
She is well-known for her knowledge and capitalisation in the New launch Market and has helped her clients earned in multiple investment properties. Her strength comes in property calculations and timeline planning.
Amongst all her accolades, her biggest forte comes with building the trust with her clients. She believes in putting their interest at first with absolutely transparency and always serving with her heart.
